Welcome to Quarry Tex Wraps. By using this website, the Budget Analyzer, or any of our services, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We provide vehicle and fleet wrap design, production, installation, and training programs. Project details, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in a written estimate or contract before work begins.

2. Estimates, Budget Analyzer & Payments

The online Budget Analyzer offers an estimated price range only. Actual costs depend on design complexity, vehicle condition, materials, and any required art or revision fees.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to schedule production or training. Final payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

You're responsible for accurate vehicle information, timely approvals, and providing access to the vehicle or materials. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may shift delivery dates.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and training materials created by Quarry Tex Wraps remain our property until paid in full. Client-supplied logos or graphics must be owned or properly licensed by the client.

5. Warranty & Limitations

Wrap installations are warranted against material defects and workmanship for one (1) year from installation. Normal wear, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

6. Training Programs

Participation in training does not guarantee employment or certification. Safety rules and attendance requirements must be followed.

7. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to provide services and never sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
